Cancellation & Refund
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
For prepaid orders, cancellations made prior to dispatch are eligible for a refund. The refunded amount will be processed within 2 - 4 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
If a prepaid order cannot be collected from the customer’s side, our team will first contact the customer to confirm whether they would like the product to be re‑delivered or prefer a refund. Based on the customer’s choice, we will either arrange delivery again or process the refund within 2–4 business days.
